Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on homessentialsdaily.com, operated by GROSSPAY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62090HR2025PTC132620), having its registered office at Shop No. B-7A, Unit 2, Sector 16, Faridabad, Faridabad Sector 16, Faridabad, Faridabad-121002, Haryana.

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order.
However, since we operate through a dropshipping model where all orders are automatically processed and fulfilled by our third-party partner Roposo Clout Marketplace, cancellations are only possible before the order is confirmed for dispatch.

Once your order has been sent to the supplier or is in the shipping stage, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at grosspay@proton.me with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order ID

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet been processed, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund on Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will receive a full refund to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Once the order has been shipped or confirmed by Roposo Clout, cancellation is not possible.

4. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled If

  • The order has already been marked as “Processed,” “Dispatched,” or “Shipped.”

  • The order is part of a special sale or promotional offer.

  • The product is a made-to-order or limited-availability item.

5. Refusal on Delivery

If you refuse to accept delivery of an order that has already been shipped, the package will be returned to the supplier.
In such cases, refund eligibility will depend on Roposo Clout’s verification once the item is received back in good condition. Return shipping charges may apply.
