By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.


1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, as we operate through a dropshipping model with our third-party fulfillment partner Roposo Clout Marketplace, returns and refunds are subject to their processing and verification systems.

We do not directly handle product storage, packaging, or shipping. All fulfillment, dispatch, and quality checks are managed by Roposo Clout.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at grosspay@proton.me with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Full name and contact number

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to approve or reject the return request.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or logistics reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Personal care items (e.g., towels, hygiene products, grooming tools)

  • Food or edible items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling


4. Return Process

  • Once your return is approved, a pickup will be scheduled through our courier partner.

  • Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

  • Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


5. Refunds

  • After the returned product is received and verified by Roposo Clout, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after confirmation from our fulfillment partner.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping.

  • Once the product is dispatched by the supplier, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, please email grosspay@proton.me with your order ID as soon as possible.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company — processing time can vary.
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at grosspay@proton.me and we’ll help resolve it.


8. Exchanges

We currently offer replacements only for defective or incorrect items, subject to verification by our fulfillment partner. We do not support direct product exchanges.
