5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We do not handle shipping or warehousing. All logistics and dispatches are managed by Roposo Clout Marketplace and their associated courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability and location but typically range between 7–15 business days.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • As we operate through Roposo Clout, return and refund eligibility is subject to their fulfillment policies.

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at grosspay@proton.me with order details and photo proof.

  • Approved returns or replacements will be processed only after verification with our fulfillment partner.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for shipping. Once the order has been confirmed by the supplier, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately at grosspay@proton.me with your order number.
